For #MountainMonday, the #Jungfernbrücke bridge ("Maiden Bridge") in #Thale in the #Harz mountains. The stone #bridge across the Bode #river was built in 1927 and legend says only virgins may cross it, otherwise it will collapse. Lots of virgins in that area, as you can see. 👀 It's located directly below the famous Roßtrappe crag, which rises 400 metres above the #Bode Gorge.

Eine Wanderung von Tresenburg nach Thale und zurück ist für mich eine der schönsten Wanderungen im Harz. Angefangen mit der Aussicht Weisser Hirsch und dann über dem Bodetal bis zum Hexentanzplatz. Dann nach unten und durch das Bodetal an der Bode zurück.
