Sun's out, sandwiches out! Our regular Saturday kitchen is a little different today as we'll have some cracking deli-style sandwiches delivered by #BoccaDiBianchi in preparation for their evening sesh in our Wells Road kitchen.
We have three to choose from this lunchtime - Pepperoni & Salami; Harissa Egg Mayo and Artichoke & Truffle vegan mayo - so tuck in with a cup of #BoonaBoona coffee.
Then from 5-9pm handmade pasta is back on the menu in #BS4 with some signature Bianchi ragu and focaccia.
Some delicious #BoccaDiBianchi Tomato and Basil Focaccia straight out of the oven, ready for serving at the brewpub tonight from 5pm. Goes great with any of their pasta dishes on the menu and a fresh pint of Zoinks IPA from #OnPoint, Sun Systems DIPA from #LeftHandedGiant or Running With Sceptres India Pale Lager from #LostAndGrounded
Calling all #bristolfoodies, it's a big weekend foodwise at both Bruhaha locations. At the brewpub on Wells Road we have #BoccaDiBianchi serving up some special pasta dishes with signature ragu, including this courgette edition, served with parmesan and pangrattato There's also a fennel sausage and beef shin ragu available - plus gluten free and vegan options all weekend til 9pm.
At The Farm tap on #WindmillHillCityFarm we have #GoGreek and their incredible gyros serving from 5-8pm. ☀️ 🌯
We're stoked to have #BoccaDiBianchi with us taking over our kitchen at Wells Road this weekend. They're bringing some awesome dishes with handmade pasta and fantastic ragu and focaccia. The menu is online now so take and gander and plan your Friday or Saturday tea.
They'll be serving from 5pm tomorrow until 9pm, plus we may even have some of their awesome deli-style sandwiches available during Saturday daytime. It looks soooo good...😋 🇮🇹
