Tonight's #cocktail is a Bobby Burns. I've tried it once before a few years ago, but I'm enjoying a good deal more this time.

1 1/2 oz blended Scotch whisky
1 1/2 oz sweet vermouth
3/4 oz benedictine

I'll add a stanza from one of his poems, since it seems fitting for our current time:

Ye see yon birkie, ca’d a lord,
Wha struts, an’ stares, an’ a’ that;
Tho’ hundreds worship at his word,
He’s but a coof for a’ that:
