#InBedWithMeDinner s3e12 (1997)

Wonderful.

It’s clear that #BobMills is greatly enjoying the clips in this one.

Both documentaries are comedy gold; the first is about dodgy exorcisms and the second shows coppers nabbing aggressive (but inept) drunks on a Saturday night.

Bob is merciless with his quips.

#InBedWithMeDinner s3e8 (1997) - 6/10

#BobMills is his usual merciless self, but the two documentaries featured in the episode are rather lacklustre. Nobody in them is a complete loon, so big laughs are thin on the ground. The ending, however, where a fight breaks out in the distance behind a talking policeman is priceless. So funny.

#InBedWithMeDinner s3e7 (1997) - 8/10

#BobMills takes no prisoners. In fairness, the lady in the second segment - a dowser - is a complete fruitcake. She fails to get anything right on a TV chat show. Not one thing. It’s a wonderful sight to behold. For all the wrong reasons.

#InBedWithMeDinner s3e6 (1997) - 8/10

1️⃣ #BobMills shows us a pet psychic(!) and a documentary about a police dog in an attic.

2️⃣ The psychic bit is daft and the laughs are easy/obvious, but the dog-in-the-attic bit is pure gold. And takes up most of the programme. It hardly needs Bob’s commentary to make it funny. It has to be seen to be believed.

#InBedWithMeDinner s3e5 (1997) - 8/10

1️⃣ In this one, #BobMills (genius that he is) makes fun of rioters, air guitarists and knife fighters.

2️⃣ The first 2 clips aren’t inherently funny but Bob manages to generate many laughs. The third one is pure gold, and I wish we’d seen more of it. It’s a low-budget direct-to-video knife-fighting tutorial with some terrible acting/fighting/fonts.

3️⃣ The number of gags in 24 short minutes is impressive.
