@[email protected] Nach allem was ich weiss, sind zumindest die Apple-Airtags vom Datenschutz komplett unbedenklich. Das schlägt dann ins gegenteil um, wenn einer dritten Person ein Airtag untergeschoben wird. Oder wenn der dritten Person ein Gerät untergeschoben wird, dass das Airtag-Protokoll nachahmt. Das ursprüngliche Airtag-Protokoll wurde unter dem Namen Open-Haystack reverse-engineered. Du kannst also mit einem Original Airtag oder einem eigenen Gerät mit open-haystack etwas einrichten, dass sowohl für dich sicher ist, als auch den Schutz deiner mitmenschheit achtet. #Airtag #Bluetoothtracker

Weil ich gerade über das Thema #Airtag bzw. #Bluetoothtracker gestolpert bin. Gibt es irgend eine Möglichkeit so was als datenschutzsensibler Mensch zu nutzen?

Es geht konkret darum, dass mir gesundheitlich benötigte lebenswichtige Alltagshelfer nicht verloren gehen sollen, bzw. Ich bei Verlust eine Chance habe die wieder zu finden. Bisher verzichtete ich auf die Möglichkeit, da ich davon ausgehe, dass die dazu notwendigen Apps nicht meinen persönlichen Privacyanforderungen entsprechen (ich möchte nicht, dass irgendwo auf einem fremden Server meine Standortdaten gesammelt und auf mich zurückverfolgbar sind).
Kann man sowas wie eine Chipolo-Tracker Software eventuell auch selber hosten?
