John Schneider says the ball caught Vladimir Guerrero Jr. “in a weird spot” on his elbow which made his arm feel numb at first.
They’ll see how he feels tomorrow. For now, the initial X-ray was negative and Schneider feels like it’s good news. #BlueJays
Dylan Cease (left hamstring) is going for an MRI.
The initial signs are positive and he told John Schneider he wants to make his next start, but they’ll know more after the MRI. #BlueJays

The Cease injury, however minor, just brings more potential strain to the #BlueJays' bullpen.
Fluharty leads the league with 27 appearances. Fisher is right there with 26. Hoffman and Varland have 25 while Rogers has 24.
Credit to them all, but this just isn't sustainable.
