I'm not big on fish, but that #maguro pizza was the best! The #wagyu was really nice too, but still the second best beef I had. Also had another fish I forgot to photograph, it was good too! Did learn I'm not big on #chawanmushi. But hey, always try!

It’s not mentioned here, but I remember seeing a TV programme documenting credible Great White shark sightings in UK waters. Even as far North as Scotland. With some of the biggest seal populations in the world, and water temperatures well within their limit, some scientists wonder why Great Whites aren’t here!

These data will complement the findings of this recent study published in PNAS [https://doi.org/10.1073/pnas.2409302122], which showed that bluefin tuna began to undergo demographic decline around 1900—70 years earlier than previously recognized.
