As Mr Garmin said no recovery needed🙄, I rode. Gently, just in case... Ahahaha! Nope. Absolutely flogged myself going down the Oaks in a new personal record (I can't help myself, what's wrong with me?😂), but getting home again needed more Es than usual 🤷
