Bloody Scotland | International Crime Writing Festival

Bloody Scotland is a crime writing festival with a mission to Discover, Nurture and Amplify the best in crime fiction.

Bloody Scotland
I'm not quite gone, but already missing Stirling. Thanks #bloodyscotland for a great festival. To Alyth today and Edinburgh tomorrow. Leave for #philly on Tuesday. Until next year!
It's a #crime scene here as #BloodyScotland starts today...

Finally found a hotel room in Stirling on Friday night for Bloody Scotland. Usually I remember that's on when I see people on social media going "I had a great time" and I've missed it, so to finally get a chance to go, and to take part in the torchlight parade, is pretty cool. Booked into a few of the talks too. Pretending I'm a real writer!

Has anyone in a power wheelchair ever done the Torchlight Procession at #bloodyScotland? If so, did you see any folks with mobility aids?

It looks like most of the route has a sidewalk alongside cobblestones are of medium smoothness (might catch front wheels). I've been to Stirling but I'm in a power wheelchair now, traveling solo, wondering if I'd best leave this event alone. Mobility accommodations are great at the conference, I just don't know about this one thing. Hard to judge the grade from google maps...
