OMG they put the skin for the Blood Tempered Ranseur back into the game!!!!

And here is how to get it:
You need a Belf at lvl 60 and exalted with Silvermoon. Do the Belf Heritage questline ( https://www.wowhead.com/guide/blood-elf-heritage-questline-rewards-mount-paladin-transmog-polearm ). After the last quest where you get awarded by Lady Liadrin go back to Darkholme at look near those cauldrons for a fallen Knight Dawnstar. The weapon lies beside his corpse.
