If you don’t have a good workflow might I suggest downloading Kosso (bsky) excellent #blipvox which has a handy share sheet to post to mastodon (check that your instance can handle media files). You get a customisable sound viz as an embeddable video. Avoids the need to make people go to an external site https://apps.apple.com/gb/app/blipvox/id6746487890

Also, I don't know if anyone notice of course this will be the theme that breaks that rule that the default colour scheme is a very fetching Bluesky blue, so there you go.
