wo, i wish there is someone here in #Italy that can create an #Allstarlink node that i can connect my cheap quansheng #UVK5 on. if anyone knows, i am on a budget so looking for as cheap as possible. i just wanted to talk to english speaking people using my #HT #Radio. using a mobile phone in DVSwitch feels unnatural. #BlindHam #HamRadio #AmateurRadio #DY1AJD
managed to install #allstarlink V3 on a #debian 12 VM inside my #windows PC. i can work with #DVSwitch mobile for now to comunicate on the radio. really wanted to have my portable radio be connected in there but i do not have budget to do it. if anyone is kind enough, i'll be glad to accept it. :-) 73

Michael BabcockOk #BlindHam operators! I got a TYT MDUV 380. This has been sitting on my desk because it has gotten the best of me :) I thought I couldn't flash the open GD Firmware because i was trying on windows 11 on arm. Then I tried disabling secure drivers on an intel windows 11 computer and still wasn't able to get the radio to be seen by the software… any suggestions for next things to try? Will this require win7/10?
