I feel like since Dragon #100's "The City Beyond the Gate" and Chaosium's "Cthulhu by Gaslight", there's been a real lack of poorly-researched RPG supplements about England.

TODO: A modernized version based on just what we know from cozy murder shows and Dr Who (but not any timelord stuff, just Rose's family).
