Is the DEM loading like really super slow or am I doing something wrong? Trying to load a 12000 x 12000 eight-bit geotiff, have left it running for like 10 min, nothing happens.

4. Load the shapefile into #Blender with the #BlenderGIS plugin
5. Have fun with the geometry and materials...

- road polygons could be converted to paths and a Bevel depth added
- building polygons could be extruded on the z-axis to give depth
- a point mesh (bars and pubs) can be used as an input to #Blender #GeometryNodes

3D-Model und Panorama in Blender mit dem #BlenderGIS Addon hergestellt.

Das #PanoBlenderAddon war hier nur hilfreich um die Koordinaten für die Verlinkung in #krpano auszulesen.

Mit dem BlenderGIS Addon können Kartenausschnitte und 3D-Modelle von #openstreetmap extrahiert werden.
