This was originally just a random pose of Miciah I did a while back... but sometime after the Taro and Los thing, I decided to add Blaire to the scene. I think it's an improvement-- aaaand it convinced me to finish it.

Something must've gone wrong during taxation and public works funding discussions between Clara and Blaire... yeah, definitely that.
