I found a piece of broken spring on the road and handforged a ugly knife. It's sometimes useful to have a ugly knife on hand for the tasks where I'm afraid to ruin a good knife.

My Viking Broad Seax is composited of multiple bars. To maintain pattern flow, I forge a reverse tip. This involves cutting the tip in reverse and then forging it back which allows the pattern to flow along the cutting edge.
