First time i spotted some fresh black currants at a fruit and veg shop. So decided to try some. A few mixed in with some berries on my granola were lovely. The tartness added a wonderful depth of flavour. A few definitely go a long way though. May try some in some salad later, to go with leftover ham or lamb. #food #fruit #blackcurrant
