My neighbor feeds the deer 😡. He’s amassed quite a herd. He fashions himself as a rancher. There’s a $1,000 fine for feeding them. I wonder if that is per head 🤔. But he’s my frienemy. I won’t report him. I wish he would read the article I have from Fish and Game about how detrimental and dangerous it is for the deer’s digestive system. But he won’t
