Bit of #Blutwurst. Basically #German black pudding or #Morcilla in Spain I was informed by a friend. What I didn’t know is that it’s served cold/uncooked here as well as cooked. Don’t want to say raw given it is cooked during packing. #BlackPudding

And I made brown sauce for the first time! Tamarind, vinegar, salt, a smidgin of sugar. Definitely on the right track although needs a bit of work. 8/10
