Who Is Pauli Murray?
Today we will explore individuals, and for my #BlackLGBTQA community I’d like to share Pauli Murray. An extraordinary person who fought their entire life for civil rights. S/he was also the person who refused to move before Rosa Parks but due to their lifestyle it was felt s/he wouldn’t be sympathetic enough to win a case. S/he lived her life as a boy from a young age, and even sought our surgery, which wasn’t available.
