Three things you'll see me do here a lot: yell about antifascism (always), boost #queer and trans voices (also always), and talk shop about #linux, open source, self-hosting and the Fediverse.

I run Linux everywhere I can since 1998. Daily driver is CachyOS (Arch-based) with KDE Plasma on Wayland, my phone is a #Fairphone, and the only proprietary OS in this house lives in the car. Open source isn't just code to me, it's a way of pushing back against systems that treat users as products.

I write, I argue, I organize. Antifascism isn't a hobby, it's a baseline. My blog runs mostly in German with a voice somewhere between Wut und Kraft, because I refuse to be polite about people who want us gone.

I founded and run lsbt.me, a #Mastodon instance for #queer and #LGBTQ folks and their allies. A space to exist loudly, safely, and without apology.

I also build #FediSuite, an open-source (GPL-3.0) management platform for the entire Fediverse. Multi-account, smart composer, scheduling, thread-splitting, analytics, accessibility, plugin system. Supports #Mastodon, #Pixelfed, #Vernissage, #Misskey, #PeerTube and more.

When I step away from the keyboard, I'm in my self-sufficiency garden (beans, kohlrabi, potatoes, strawberries, fruit trees), tinkering with #HomeAssistant and #ESPHome, or trying to shrink my CO₂ footprint one decision at a time.
