#Jami я пробовал в последние 3 года в разных сочетаниях (устройства, провайдеры). Но к сожалению даже без влияния блокировок прохождение сообщений оставляло желать лучшего. Если какие-то устройства не online, то потом прогружают невероятно медленно. Было дело сообщение приходило ерез пару месяцев.

#Bitchat невероятно много жрёт. Даже на LineageOS. использовать такой на единственном телефоне можно только сидя у розетки. Но интереснее всего попробовать bridge в радиоканал meshcore.
При этом насколько я помню он отказывался запускаться на телефоне с root  

#Berty не пробовал, надо бы.

people will inevitably forsake privacy for convenience. The only success I ever had outside of my family was Signal , back when it also did SMS to non signal users. I have also attempted to get people to use :-

with zero success but have a few people migrated to #simplex which is cool but flakey on notifications.
No one I know uses #bitchat
