Tonight the Ferrymen return to Doskvol ... just as the Jinn's latest score kicks off and boy was it a doozy!
The Jinn summoned a demon, stole very important bell, basically changed the very fabric of the city !!!
We'll see how the Ferrymen manage in the chaos that follows
Blades in the Dark Session Report:
A simple heist - infiltrate the Supply Warehouse, poison the Cheese so that the crew of the salvage ship are struck down with "The Green Curse"!.
All goes well, until the *real* curse arrives - a half-form Tycherosi demon-engine, hungry to be made flesh!
I forced it back into slumber... for now... but it has my scent...
Working on some Blades in the Dark prep today.
The random tables in the back are terrific! A few d6 rolls and you've got a fairly well realized NPC

My mini-campaign mashing up #Genesys and #BitD came to a close last night. I'd had some grandiose (complicated) plans in the beginning about Blades subsystems I would adapt, but in the end, simplicity won out.
I liked structured downtime for getting everyone a couple vignettes between heists, handling gear on the fly during the heist, and heat hanging over the PCs heads as a motivator. Establishing rival/ally NPCs at the start was also great.
I learned some good #GMing lessons.
Last minute prepping for tonight's mashup of #Genesys and #BitD. This is session 8 and will wrap up our mini-campaign. Hopefully 3 hours is enough time to sabotage Lord Dalmore's coalworks and give each of the 4 PCs an opportunity to shine.
Menu: crockpot fajitas, black bean and corn salsa, pantry-clearing cornbread, all homemade. I really like coming together over a meal in combination with gaming.
@IcarusGames We've got our #Genesys Alpha Centauri game starting in just a couple hours. If all goes well we'll be recovering some rocket stabilizers out from under the noses of a violent gang hopped up on combat stims, preferably without getting shot.
Then on Tuesday I GM the explosive conclusion of our mashup of Genesys and #BitD!
