עשרות סטודנטיות וסטודנטים השתתפו היום (חמישי) במיצג מחאה באוניברסיטת תל אביב, בקריאה לסולידריות עם הסטודנטים באוניברסיטת ביר זית.

רקע: שלשום (שלישי) בצהריים צבא הכיבוש פשט על קמפוס אוניברסיטת ביר זית במטרה להתערב בהתכנסות פוליטית שהתקיימה בקמפוס בסולידריות עם האסירים הפלסטינים. הפלישה גרמה לפיזור יום הלימודים, לפציעה של 11 סטודנטים, עיכובו של סגן מנהל האוניברסיטה ולנזק רב לרכוש האוניברסיטה.
