Michael Mansfield ... law talking guy ...

(classic underachiever (in my opinion))

#BritishRepublican,[2] #vegetarian#socialist [3] and self-described "radical lawyer",[4] he has participated in prominent and controversial court cases and inquests including the Birmingham Six, #BloodySundayMassacre, the #HillsboroughDisaster and the deaths of #JeanCharlesDeMenezes and Princess Diana[5] and the #McLibel case.

The forensic evidence was shown to be unreliable and there was evidence that the police had forged notes of interviews and had given false evidence at the original trial. Home Secretary, Kenneth Baker, accepted that this was the third case of a miscarriage of justice involving Irish people in the previous 18 months. 2/2
