AnomnomnomalyAfter being messed around by #BirminghamCityCouncil over an incorrectly issued PCN from back in 2022, and after they ignored the fact it was issued to the wrong address, refused to correct it, tried to triple the payment, tried to take me to court... and lost and had the PCN cancelled, losing the court fee in the process.
They have now 'correctly' issued the PCN, and I now get to pay ÂŁ60 instead of ÂŁ190 and they finally get money 15 months late and after wasting much more trying to screw me.

Like it or not, it's due to poor management, two binmen strikes, hosting the Commonwealth games, investing in a shite IT system that cost more than its worth. Being found guilty of underpaying women for years, and yet a union guy was threatening further strike action while others seemed to think there was a magic wand or a printing press in the council basement that was able to continue haemorrhaging money.
What was the total bollocks stock answer that's always given: "Central Government caused this." đ¤Śââď¸

Some days, something just makes you smile and laugh
Today it's the fact that the incompetent idiots at #BirminghamCityCouncil have been ordered by the #TrafficEnforcementCentre to cancel the PCN and charge certificate against me.
They sent the PCN to the wrong address, refused to issue it correctly, refused to consider my representations and refused to issue the NoR (Notice of rejection).
They also waited 12 months between sending the PCN and telling me of this.

Amateur Human#BirminghamCityCouncil is instructed to sell off a third of its assets, because they've been deliberately underfunded to leave cash for dodgy govt deals.
So now they'll have to pay rent on top of funding services. Not going to end well.
