Another VULC social ride in the can. 20 km through the rolling hills (ahem) of East Van. By far the consensus was that riding along Slocan and E22nd (both designated bike routes!) were their favourite parts of the ride. π #bikeyvr

Shout out to the ID4 driver this morning who passed me, a person riding an ebike at 28 km/h in a 30 km/h zone, about 20m before a stop sign. Predictably, they didn't stop at the stop sign.

Itβs still rough, I need to spend a bit more time figuring out to get a decent search - Iβve built a 2gb set of vectors using a local embedding model and MLX but it doesnβt fit on a 1gb/1vcpu VPS so I need to experiment with PCA and quantization, plus fix bugs.
