Late #yegBike report:
Quite cold at -26C but riding conditions were surprisingly good! Most major roads and paths are reasonably cleared.
Took 95 Ave because the clearing status showed Strathearn MUP not done yet, but will probably get done today if it hasn't already.
Funicular and elevator both running.
Quiet #CoffeeOutside today. The fog on the river was eerie but beautiful. Will try to post a short timelapse I took.
#yegBike report: Less of a slog. Residential streets are varied between enough pack to get through to impassable snirt.
Strathearn and Connors MUPs are not well cleared, very bumpy, but still rideable.
Funicular and elevator both running.
Downtown grid in good shape.
#yegBike report: Really messy out there, the snowpack has softened and most MUPs and SUPs outside the valley are uncleared.
Funicular is running but elevator is not.
103 Street and 100 Ave lanes cleared but also messy, especially crossing alleys.
Overall not a really fun ride.

#yegBike report: Snowy, but it's a light snow. Still a slog, though, ended up taking the LRT to downtown.
100 Ave cycle track was cleared just now, 102 Ave was partly cleared earlier. 103 St was not cleared and in fact I'm pretty sure most property owners have pushed snow into it, so beware. 106 St also not cleared.
Be safe, folks, no matter how you're getting around!
#yegBike report: Icy patches on residential roads and some valley trails. Downtown very clear. Cold but calm, maybe even a bit pleasant.
Funicular is running but the elevator is not.
#yegBike report: Thin layer of snow but it gives way to some icy patches in some spots. Unpleasant wind, but otherwise a decent morning.
My own winter bike is feeling a bit clunky this morning, probably should have given it a bit more of a tuneup and test ride first.

Yeah, not much was cleared on the other side of this bridge, particularly not going uphill.
But I did it anyway.
My lungs have some regrets.
#yegBike report: Snowing pretty good, but paths and streets are still in decent shape. Just beware the hidden black ice patches are still there.
Funicular and elevator are working, but I have noticed it seems to go into a low-power mode now after idling a while, and may take a minute or two to start up again after pushing the button.
Overall a pleasant ride actually!
