From 12-year-olds to 82-year-olds, including people from every decade of life in-between, it's interesting, fun, and so worthwhile to hear responses to our spring questionnaire. The work to gather their input has been so worth it; we appreciate the time and care each respondent put in to sharing their experiences and ideas about the joys and challenges of #cycling!

On June 4 we finished transcribing audio responses. Next we'll do other tasks toward sharing everyone's responses.

We've decided to publish several topical posts highlighting the responses all summer, instead of only a single compilation post. We will also publish a PDF with all of the first responses.

Watch for the first post in June, on bikemonterey.org. [UPDATE - 1st in the series: https://bikemonterey.org/voices-of-people-who-bike-part-1-who-bikes-why-and-memories.html]

Meanwhile, here's a photo from one respondent, a woman from Florida. She bikes when she visits California too, as she was doing with her husband, in this photo.
