She's a pound and a half, nearly.
This was 5 am after a bottle.

Now the not "cute puppy part" if you're still with me.

I'm still fighting big feelings about her and I know it's not her fault--one that's been nagging me is my wife's decision to get and keep her will be affectign me for the next ten to twleve years, or more.

And that eliminates my getting a dog of my own---again. I'll be in my late 70's when I might get another chance.

I know I need to tell her I feel this way, but I don't need a fight over it.

Jarrah had a brief seizure today, after more than a month of being seizure-free. I sat with him calmly while it happened and then talked to him gently for a minute or two afterwards. He seemed to recover quite quickly but was a bit out of sorts for most of the day.

We'll see what the vet has to say tomorrow but a breakthrough seizure when he's still on both medications is a worry. It probably points to a tumour rather than epilepsy. Just cuddling him as often as possible and taking it one day at a time right now. Maybe having a little cry occasionally.
