Big Bend Ntl Park offered quite the breathtaking views while I was there to capture the eclipse. If you go there make sure you have a 4x4 if you are planning on being off the road to stay at a cabin. The bentonite clay is a pain to drive on if it rains. Most of the roads are good going to the park but gas up at every station you can find because some areas you can be a long way between stations!
