@harld Je bedoelt de groei van #bigAgri is eruit! Als we een meer circulaire landbouw willen, zullen we daarvoor ook meer mensen nodig hebben. Dus meer boeren ipv minder.

Het echt structurele probleem is de consument (geholpen door de supermarkt) die een steeds kleiner deel van het inkomen aan voeding besteedt. In de jaren 60 was het nog ruim 30% dat aan eten werd besteed. maar zelfs in de afgelopen jaren is het aandeel nog van 11 naar 9% gekrompen. Met als gevolg steeds slechtere voeding.
