UK cars #towed away for repair are being held ransom

#Bidfood delivery lorry reversed into my car in January

Bidfood uses management company #VMS for repairs & provide hire #car

Since then
- There no meaningful updates from VMS
- Manager assigned to case unavailable when I ring
- Promised callbacks don’t materialise

Meanwhile I've received 5 penalty charges for unpaid #Ulez charges, indicating my car has been driven without my knowledge
