19 August, 2016. Can't believe that was almost ten years ago. I remember that ride and that day like it was yesterday. Did 150 km (~93 mi) the day before and rode 97 km (~60 mi) that day. It was only a two day trip, but it was heaven. I miss #biketouring. It's my life. My #BicycleLife. It's everything I am.

I have a post MRI follow-up appointment in the morning. Still can't have the surgery without a place to recover. But I hope so much I can #BicycleTour again.

The completed route. The ride along the Niagara River Parkway in Canada is beautiful. I'm sure it's also nice when it doesnt rain. "Stay dry", said a guy at the hotel. "Not a chance" was my response. Key is to embrace the liquid sunshine.
