I love my budget #eBikes. I can ride to BGC and back again to QC ยฑ30km on 1 full charge and still have plenty* to make rounds in the adjacent barangays.

I'm having breakfast across the street from McDonald's. Right outside McDonald's is a tent and a #police vehicle parked next to it. The tent's canopy reads:

Or maybe it's more for having cops stay near areas where there are no actual stations, for faster response.
In addition to going to the gym 1x or 2x a week (right now I don't have the discipline nor the means to go more often), I do mini workouts at home. Nothing like HIIT. But as I like to tell myself, the little bits I do are still #BetterThanZero. ๐
Today I did a simple 15-minute #workout. You don't need #apps to #exercise, but they help me somewhat -- like a gym buddy that nudges you to go do it. ๐ก
I've also started tracking #calories again, with Health Mate app. ๐
