I forgot to post stuff from Monday! We played our monthly game of Betrayal: Legacy. Only one of us survived the deadly poison that my wife released into the house. But that's OK I guess. The antidote was still created for others to use, right?

Most of the other players had to leave which only left two of us. We decided to try out 7 Wonders Duel. It was a lot of fun! I definitely prefer the other games in the 7 Wonders series to the original.

We also tried playing Twighlight Inscription (forgot to take pictures). We got to about the halfway mark and had to stop. I'm really looking forward to finishing a game of it. I love roll and writes and this is one of the biggest, rolliest, writiest game I've ever played. It is complicated, but once you learn the symbols and where stuff is on the boards, it's not so bad.

So I've got a copy of #BetrayalLegacy. Had it for quite awhile. Since December 2019, specifically.

The one time I got folks over to play it was in ... February of 2020.

Since then, two of the couples who'd played that inaugural game broke up, and also, uh ... y'know. All of 2020.

As my friend put it: "Dude, I think you got Jumanji."

I'm kind of afraid to try playing it again.

In #BetrayalLegacy, in the haunt “Last Gasp,” the traitor has an action that reads, “Remove all Small Monster tokens from this tile. All heroes in this region take 5 general damage.”

What is a “region?” Is that just the same tile, or does it include surrounding tiles?

@SirCumalot @BrettspielWelt Das mit der Gruppe ist so ein grundsätzliches Problem, das kenn' ich. Hab zwar paar Freunde die auch alle gern spielen, trotzdem ist es immer schwierig einen Termin zu finden. Entsprechend hängen wir auch arg hinterher mit #TaintedGrail, #Etherfields, #Gloomhaven, #PrankenDesLöwen, #BetrayalLegacy. Und #Oathsworn nicht mal begonnen. Und #ISSVanguard nur deshalb nicht in der Aufzählung weil TNT nicht in der Lage war es mir zuzustellen ... 🤷‍♂️ 🤦‍♂️
