A tacky remodel destroying actual craftsmanship while adding unnecessary sq footage that will be way over budget and poorly done. There will probably be weird steps, a patio enclosed to make a “sunroom”, maybe an electrical breaker panel on an interior wall, a toilet in the middle of a room or a window that opens onto another room
