**Betty White.** Doc’s bride-to-be is, in Elvira’s words, “a common harlot” so he decides not to marry her. Kinda mean-spirited, but there are some laughs and White is a delight. The b-story about a gold mine is a dud. Even Frog can’t save it. _Sept 1981: Aired by ABC on Thursdays after Mork & Mindy. Against it: Magnum, PI (CBS), Games People Play (NBC)._ 6/10
**Slim Pickens, Richard Moll.** The funniest part of this is the debut of Tracey Walter as Frog. Comedy gold. The so-so story is about new marshal Sam guarding a prisoner. Badly. Not many laughs overall. _Sept 1981: Aired by ABC on Thursdays after Mork & Mindy. Against it: Magnum, PI (CBS), Games People Play (NBC)._ 6/10
