President #Zelenskyy posthumously awarded #Tigran_Oganesyan and #Mykyta_Khanhanov - the two teenagers that #Russians killed in occupied #Berdiansk in June of 2023.

They remained in the city after it was occupied by #Russia and never hid their pro-#Ukrainian positions. #Tigran and #Mykyta were reportedly tortured and could have been sentenced to decades of imprisonment.

In #Russian-occupied #Berdiansk, the car of the "head" of the city's council has blown up.

According to a former adviser to the mayor of #Mariupol, #Petr_Andryuschenko, the car was driven by the "head" of the occupation council #Vasiliy_Nechet He was taken away by an ambulance.

Before the occupation of #Berdiansk, #Nechet was the head of the cultural centre #Neftekhimik. However, after the full-scale invasion, he switched to the #Russian side, joining the ranks of the #United_Russia party.
