Long day today so packed all my favourite things.
Favourite veggies: broccoli (stir fried here with carrots and a little soy sauce)
Favourite fruits: strawberries
Favourite food ever: inari sushi
And some raw and picked veggies: spring onion, quick pickled cucumber and radishes.
Lunch today: vegan poke with marinated beetroot, sushi rice, quick pickled cucumber, radishes, spring onion, avocado and crispy onions. And a squirty bottle of sriracha mayo.
This is one of my favourite lunches, the recipe is from Leon’s Fast Vegan.
Packing my lunch today: Japanese Dry Curry over rice, strawberries and corn in the top compartment.
@katemorley scooped the leftover dry curry out of the pan for breakfast so I’m looking forward to my share.
