The #kittens are settling in well, they’re amusing each other and #BenedictGingercat is incredibly tolerant of them - playing occasionally but mostly just lying there and letting them swipe at him. He’s being a very good big brother.
I’m confining the kittens to one room when I’m out and it’s going well. Perrie even climbed up on me and started purring earlier, so that’s a win. Kevin is more wary, but he’s getting there.
I bathed them both this morning.
Wet, they looked like Gremlins.

This meeting was not planned, and went FAR better than expected!
I almost gave #BenedictGingercat a heart attack when that ball hit the back of the net though.
It went: “YESSSS!!… oh, sorry Benedict.”
If I manage to stick with #100HappyDays - or even, brace yourself, #365HappyDays - there will I’m sure be lots of photos of #BenedictGingercat, and also #JDG. They won’t be cop outs, they are simply a constant source of #happiness for me.
So I’m going to give it a go. For clarification, when I do this if I haven’t been to bed yet it’s still #today. Or #yesterday, technically. So my my next post will be day one, Tuesday 16th May.
I know that #caturday is a thing, but I always forget it. Also, I think this guy deserves a day of his own. This is Benedict - who I just realised is nicely camouflaged with my trousers - watching the #INTMIL match with me just now. His nose is filthy, yes, I know.

I’ve just come across this photo from Christmas Day 2020, showing Benedict watching the #sunset over the #Cheshire plain. The room is lit only by the setting sun, and I thought it was a pretty good choice for #FensterFreitag.
IFRI only have one cat now, but he’s really all I need. When he’s not harassing me for cuddles, this is his usual status.
