That is to establish #China as the new hegemon who has been laying physical infrastructure with its #BeltAndRoadInitiative all over the world EXCEPT North America. Yuan as the financial lifeblood of commerce is to complement the physical #BRI infrastructure.

Instead of the #US, the new hegemon for the region will be China
