It is possible to print belts for cassette drives out of TPU, but the belt will produce flutter. It will work well enough for speech recorded onto cassette like in dictation machines, but it is hardly usable for music. It will also have a "startup time" of several minutes where it produces more flutter.

You need to measure the dimensions of the belt very precisely before printing since TPU is more stiff than the common rubber belts. You can easily print a belt that is too wide.

Print the belt as a circle, even though it gets bent in the cassette drive. Furthermore, you need to print it in vase mode. After printing, you may need to cut off the little blob that formed at the point where the printer began and finished printing.
