LA NOTIZIA: Riparte lo scontro Gasparri-Ranucci dopo le perquisizioni al commercialista e consulente di Report, Bellavia

Si riaccende lo scontro Gasparri-Report, dopo le perquisizioni di giovedì scorso del commercialista Gian Gaetano Bellavia, della sua ex collaboratrice Valentina Varisco e di due società di investigazioni, su ordine della procura di Milano.
L’inchiesta riguarda il “milione di files” ad “altissima sensibilità” di cui il consulente di Procure e Tribunali di tutta Italia e della trasmissione Report ha denunciato il furto da parte della ex dipendente a marzo 2025. I pm vogliono appurare se Bellavia tra il 2005 e il 2018 abbia omesso “di restituire”, trattenendo “indebitamente copie di intercettazioni, annotazioni di polizia giudiziaria, verbali di perquisizione, documentazione contabile patrimoniale, ben oltre il tempo necessario alla predisposizione delle consulenze” per la magistratura.
Gasparri torna a mettere in dubbio la credibilità di Bellavia
“Ma la Rai non ha niente da dire sull’enorme scandalo Bellavia-Ranucci-Report?”, ha subito attaccato Gasparri. “Prendo poi atto che la trasmissione Report continua a utilizzare nelle sue puntate questo Bellavia come consulente. A quali dossier e a quali carte attinge Bellavia per dare i suoi pareri? Usa fonti aperte o si avvale anche della immensa quantità di carte che ha ottenuto dalla magistratura?”, ha chiesto il senatore.
Ranucci (Report): “Gasparri risponda sulla Cyberleam che presiedeva”
Immediata anche la risposta di Sigfrido Ranucci: “Scopriamo che il senatore Gasparri, da ex Capogruppo di FI non è più garantista. Per il sottoscritto e la squadra di Report, Gian Gaetano Bellavia, non solo rappresenta un eccellente e affidabile professionista, ma è stato vittima di un furto che ha evidenziato un problema che sarebbe tipico di tutti gli studi di professionisti, a partire dagli avvocati”.
“Piuttosto”, ha aggiunto il giornalista, “il vero scandalo è il fatto che il senatore Gasparri ancora non abbia risposto sul suo ruolo di presidente della Cyberleam, società di Cyber security che aveva all’interno soci che facevano parte dei servizi segreti israeliani. Domenica Report tornerà su questa vicenda mostrando anche i legami della società con Ecm il software che è stato istallato sui 40 mila Pc degli uffici giudiziari e che consente di entrare nei pc dei magistrati”.

The Gasparri-Report clash reignites after last Thursday’s raids on accountant Gian Gaetano Bellavia, his former colleague Valentina Varisco, and two investigative firms, ordered by the Milan prosecutor’s office.
The investigation concerns the “one million files” with “extremely high sensitivity” that the consultant to Italian courts and the Report broadcast had reported being stolen by the former employee in March 2025. The prosecutors want to ascertain whether Bellavia, between 2005 and 2018, failed to “return” copies of wiretaps, police investigation notes, search warrants, and financial accounting documentation, “well beyond the time necessary to prepare assessments” for the magistrates.
Gasparri returns to questioning Bellavia’s credibility
“But does the Rai (Italian public broadcaster) have anything to say about the enormous Bellavia-Ranucci-Report scandal?” Gasparri immediately attacked. “I also note that the Report broadcast continues to use Bellavia as a consultant in its episodes. What dossiers and what documents does Bellavia draw on to give his opinions? Does he use open sources or does he also rely on the immense quantity of documents he has obtained from the magistrates?” the senator asked.
Ranucci (Report): “Gasparri respond on Cyberleam which he chaired”
Immediate was the response of Sigfrido Ranucci: “We discover that Senator Gasparri, as a former head of the FI group, is no longer a guarantor. For us and the Report team, Gian Gaetano Bellavia is not only an excellent and reliable professional, but he was the victim of a theft that highlighted a problem typical of all professional practices, starting with lawyers.”
“Rather,” the journalist added, “the real scandal is that Senator Gasparri still hasn’t responded about his role as chairman of Cyberleam, a cybersecurity company with shareholders who were part of Israeli intelligence services. Una leader e una coalizione contro un'assemblea scolastica. E gli scappati di casa M5S ci insultano

Ma dove vogliono andare quelli della sinistra? Ieri Giorgia Meloni ha confermato l'immagine che gli italiani hanno di lei: una leader affidabile, «un paio di mani sicure» come dicono i britannici. Con due note particolari di merito. La prima: davanti a insinuazioni maliziose su Matteo Salvini, lei le ha seccamente respinte, confermando di tenere al valore della coalizione. La seconda: sulla sicurezza ha annunciato un cambio di passo. Segno di quanto lei stessa sia consapevole – vale lo stesso per le tasse – della necessità di accelerare. Faster, please: più veloce, per favore.
Come faccia a competere una sinistra in versione assemblea scolastica permanente, che pure oggi farà le sue strillate in piazza, rimane un mistero.

Ps Ieri gli scappati di casa grillini, in particolare i loro membri della Commissione di Vigilanza, si sono abbandonati a una crisi di nervi: un comunicato di insulti contro di me, contro Il Tempo, contro il direttore del Giornale Tommaso Cerno, contro il nostro editore.
Ma ci fanno o ci sono? Pensano di intimidirci? Ci sono due o tre cose che qui non perdiamo mai: la calma, il sorriso, e soprattutto il filo del discorso.
Il tema è lo scandalo di un secondo clamoroso dossieraggio. Non bastava il verminaio del caso-Striano, ma si è aggiunto il caso dei documenti del bi-consulente Bellavia: consulente di alcune procure e pure di Report. Noi vogliamo sapere se ci siano stati intrecci indebiti tra inchieste giudiziarie e trasmissioni del servizio pubblico; e soprattutto se e come mai siano stati predisposti dossier su persone non indagate e politicamente esposte. Una Commissione d'inchiesta sul dossieraggio ci pare necessaria. Se la scolaresca grillina pensa di distrarci, si sbaglia. Di più: chiediamo chiarezza pure sul caso Striano, esploso mentre il Procuratore antimafia era il dottor Cafiero De Raho, attuale parlamentare M5S, e incredibilmente membro della Commissione Antimafia che ora indaga sul caso. Siamo pronti a un bel confronto: abbiamo molte domande anche per lui. Ci sta o scapperà?

The theme is the scandal of a second sensational dossiering. We are ready for a good confrontation: we have many questions for him too. Are you in or will you run away?
