Hola Compadres - It's almost midsummer & I am in a drizzly Londinium, enroute to Glastonbury Festival 2019. Just a quick tech update: More Freedom in Life. 18.06.19 I have just wiped & reflashed my MiMax (hydrogen) with GZOSP 9.0 & OpenGapps (pico) with Fdroid as my default app store. Riot is my preferred communications method while I do use Signal & Telegram for instant messaging - my email & cloud services are provided by Disroot & is XMPP enabled, allowing for IM style chat with an app. like Cagou OSMand+ isβ¦
The interests I have are with cooperation #opendata & distributed networks - NOT the "cock-waving" antics of certain ego-driven maniacal individuals!
I wish to help reboot our system and do not seek a repetition of the norm (ie. #revolution!)
One benefit I see with #federation unlike the 'silos' of the proprietary era - is choice.
