#Today I did some more work towards a clear out of the office block where the curatorial team used to work.

Here's what needs to be moved to the #archive and #library. Only one box of paperwork but three boxes of #books that #curators had squirrelled away. One very naughty curator in particular. Tsk!

This afternoon, it was less quiet in the #Archive because my PhD student was in, carrying out an #ArchiveRummage. I managed to catalogue a small collection of #CourseWork by an #Engineering student who studied at the #RoyalTechnicalCollege in #Salford from 1945-1947. I love the neatness of the student's #handwriting and #diagrams.

Yesterday in the #Archive, I took advantage of it being quiet and catalogued a collection of order books for the #Stockport #MachineTool makers #CravenBrothers. I also repackaged them. #Today I boxed them up and put them in their new location in the store. #Satisfying!

I've worked at the Science and Industry Museum for 19 years and today was the first time I noticed this stamped onto a windowsill in the 1830 Warehouse.
