Testimoni hanno anche affermato che i bombardamenti hanno colpito intensamente la parte occidentale di Teheran, così come la città di Karaj. Sono stati segnalati attacchi anche nella città santa sciita di Qom come pure a Behbahan, Kermanshah, Khorramabad, Shiraz e Tabriz.
