Using your own libraries in your game is nice because it's easier to bend it to your own needs, but when something goes wrong, you can't blame anyone else. I'm probably stupid or I was stupid when I made the library... Or both. #GameDev #love2d #BehaviourTree

I started my #BehaviourTree plugin in lua to be used in my #Love2D games and possible in my IT day job. The first signs that seem to work is a tree that checks if a value is above, below or at 10. #GameDev

I'm resetting my AI from a #GOAP to a #BehaviourTree because it seems I lose control a bit when more objects are doing things at the same time (nice when making an #RTS or #CityBuilder like I do).

I find it satisfying to see my carrier agent #Agabouga now can do the same that he used to be able to do as a GOAP agent. Almost progress then!

By the way, I love the #Unity plugin #BehaviourDesigner by Opsive. Expensive, but worth it!
