Steamwhistle Pilsner (from Toronto) - Enjoyed on board a VIA Rail train from Windsor to Toronto.

Best I've had of this style in a long time. Perfectly fitting the style. Clean crisp but also complex. Lots of grain and spot-on hopping. Perfectly clear.

Truly the best pilsner I've had in years. I'm hoping this is a sign of good beer drinking to come this week in Canada.

Wow, what a project - and an opportunity to get a unique tick on #untappd or #beerAdvocate though I'm not sure the #beer style is listed :) More importantly, I would love to have tried beer that our ancestors drank.

They took this project to be authentic as possible - down to utensils, #barrels, equipment, and open fire to #brew

#TrraderJoes has some crazy cheap (7.49/12 pack in OKC) beer and it is surprisingly good.

Very malty, slightly sweet, toasty/nutty

Full mouth feel.

Oddly enough, this reminds of a maltier version of Fat Tire.
