The only other person with any stated interest in using #BeckettEngine seems to be @Letrune.
I wrote a framework for Myst-style gameplay and send her binaries so all she needs is scripts and images.
Ain't nobody else interested, and nobody else helping out. Feels bad, man.
#BeckettEngine has no scene editor, only compiles on VS 2015, and is missing several important 3D features.
I feel there's no reason for others to use it, so I've barely the motivation to add those features, and nobody else is likely to.
Realizations suck ass.
I just realized #BeckettEngine isn't gonna need just raw model animations. It's gonna need animation blending and shit.
I can't handle that kinda thing by myself.
It's not much but it's a step.
So I've been thinking about #OggVorbis loop point support in the #BeckettEngine.
Technically, it's not the Beckett engine itself but a slightly modified SoLoud that lets me find this data. Regardless, I added LOOP_START support and I can add LOOPSTART and LOOP...
Any thoughts? Tags I missed?
Hmm. Tickable is a handful. Maybe I should rename it to (Bk)Node or sumth...
Can the #BeckettEngine do first person point and click games ala #myst?
Eh, let's say it's feasible.
